Join Clinton Devon Estates’ Wildlife Ranger, Tom Garner, for a fascinating two-hour evening walk and talk, where you’ll learn how deer are managed across the estate.
The evening will begin in one of the Estate’s woodlands, where Tom will share his knowledge and experience of deer management, including the challenges and responsibilities involved in maintaining a healthy and balanced deer population.
This will be followed by a visit to the deer larder in Colaton Raleigh, where Tom will explain what happens after deer are culled and how the Estate manages and processes the venison.
At the end of the evening, there will be an opportunity to purchase a selection of locally sourced venison.
