Devon Cookery School - Farm to Fork

Devon Cookery School will be teaming up with Peter Greig from Pipers Farm to bring you a day of butchery, cooking and feasting!

Peter will take you around the farm sharing his extensive knowledge on regenerative farming, native breeds and slow food. Then it’s back to the school to get hands on! With a demo on how to break down half a lamb, chef Jazzi will then show you how to create an amazing slow cooked harissa lamb shoulder.

It will then be your turn to get cooking. French trimmed rack of lamb accompanied by vibrant and rich Middle Eastern side dishes that we will all tuck into at dinner as the sun slowly goes down.

Price includes all food and drink. All you need to bring is yourselves, comfy clothes and perhaps some wellies!

This is a hands-on class, you will be doing a lot of cooking and a bit of walking so please dress accordingly.
